Delete Your Saanch Account

At Saanch, we believe your data belongs to you. If you no longer wish to use Saanch, you can request the permanent deletion of your account and associated data at any time.

How to request account deletion

Send an email from the email address associated with your Saanch account to:

Subject: Delete My Saanch Account

To help us verify ownership, please send the request from the same Google account you use to sign in to Saanch.

What will be deleted

When your request is processed, we will delete:

• Your Saanch account
• Profile information
• Saved soundscape library
• App preferences stored on our servers
• Any other cloud data associated with your account

What is not deleted automatically

Deleting your Saanch account does not remove data stored locally on your device.

To remove local app data, you can:

• Uninstall the Saanch app, or
• Clear the app's storage from your device settings.

Retention period

We process deletion requests within 30 days.

Certain records may be retained temporarily where required for security, fraud prevention, or legal compliance. These records are permanently removed once the retention period expires.
