Welcome to Saanch ("we," "our," or "us"). Saanch provides high-reliability ambient soundscapes, focus audio environments, contextual task management tools, and an advanced, high-precision alarm system.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, process, and protect your data when you use the Saanch mobile application (the "App"). We operate as an independent developer team under the direction of Om Mohan Sharma.

2. Information We Collect and Process

To provide a reliable, cross-device user experience, we process two tiers of data:

• Account Credentials (Google Sign-In OAuth): The App allows you to create an account via Google Sign-In. We securely collect only your Google account's Email Address, Name, and Profile Picture URL. We use this information strictly to identify your profile and authenticate your secure API calls. We never access, see, or store your Google password.
• Synchronized Application Data: To synchronize your preferences across devices, your list of "Liked Assets" and custom collections inside your "Personal Library" are securely processed and stored on our remote servers (brainwave-main-server).
• Localized and Cloud-Synced Core Utilities: Your custom Alarms, To-Do Task lists, notes, and ambient track cache allocations are processed locally on your physical device using secure local storage engines (Hive, SharedPreferences, and native SQLite databases). As features expand, these localized elements sync securely with your authenticated account on our remote servers to guarantee cloud backup and multi-device persistence (modeled similarly to Google Tasks infrastructure).

3. Advertising, Analytics, and Monetization Disclosures

To keep core features of Saanch accessible to users without charge, the App utilizes an ad-supported monetization framework.

• Third-Party Advertising Delivery: We integrate third-party ad networks to display advertisements within the App. These placements include audio ads initiated prior to soundscape sessions, rewarded video ads, and contextual banner ads formatted inside our user interface tabs.
• Tracking Identifiers: These third-party ad provider networks may systematically collect and parse automated device data, including your Android Advertising ID (AD_ID), IP address, device brand/model metadata, and general app usage event flags to render relevant ad targeting, avoid ad fatigue, and handle conversion accounting.
• Aggregated and Anonymized Data Sharing: We analyze collective user behavioral patterns to generate aggregated statistics (for example, evaluating regional sleep schedules, peak daily productivity hours, or generalized location data trends). We reserve the absolute right to share, use, or monetize this strictly anonymized, macro-level data with third-party partners for productivity research or business development. We will never share or sell individual personal identifiers (such as your verified Name or Email Address) with advertising agencies or third parties.

4. Advanced Device Permissions Disclosures

To deliver industry-standard, high-reliability alarm and streaming features, Saanch requires explicit system-level access. By installing this App, you acknowledge and consent to our utilization of the following Android system permissions:

• Exact Alarm Scheduling (SCHEDULE_EXACT_ALARM & USE_EXACT_ALARM): Required to schedule wake-up routines and focus-session reminders down to the precise millisecond, preventing the operating system from delaying alarms during deep sleep states ("Doze Mode").
• Full-Screen Intents (USE_FULL_SCREEN_INTENT): Essential for launching our native full-screen alarm overlay (AlarmAlertActivity) directly onto your display hardware immediately when an alarm event triggers.
• Bypass Lock Screen & Turn Screen On (DISABLE_KEYGUARD & WAKE_LOCK): Enables the application to wake the device's CPU and display from a pitch-black sleep state, allowing you to dismiss your morning alarms over your active secure lock screen.
• System Overlay / Display Over Other Apps (SYSTEM_ALERT_WINDOW): Grants the application authorization to render critical incoming alarm windows over other running mobile application interfaces if you are actively using your phone when an alarm fires.
• Foreground Service Execution (FOREGROUND_SERVICE & FOREGROUND_SERVICE_MEDIA_PLAYBACK): Necessary to run persistent background tasks (AppAudioService and AlarmRingingService). This guarantees uninterrupted ambient playback when your screen is off and prevents the operating system from terminating the alarm audio system mid-cycle.
• Boot Completion Receiver (RECEIVE_BOOT_COMPLETED): Allows our native receivers (AlarmBootReceiver) to automatically re-register your saved alarms into the system hardware memory immediately upon device power-on or system reboot events.

5. Third-Party API Integrations and Content License

• Audio Content Licensing & Attribution: The soundscapes, ambient noise profiles, and focus frequencies streamed within the App are originally composed or source-verified under commercial free-to-use distribution licenses. Where required, metadata credits and artistic attribution are clearly detailed inside the App (e.g., Soundscapes by Rahi).
• Open Metadata Lookup Services: The App may pass anonymous music query parameters to public metadata platforms (such as MusicBrainz and Last.fm) to fetch and display accurate artist details. No identifying personal profiles or user account tokens are sent to these services.

6. Data Encryption and Cross-Border Transfers

All network communications between the Saanch mobile client and our cloud infrastructure are forcefully encrypted in transit using industry-standard Transport Layer Security (TLS/HTTPS). Local cache structures are managed via localized native file system security protocols. Because our backends deploy globally, data may be hosted on servers located outside of your primary country of residence.

7. User Rights: Data Access, Retention, and Deletion

You retain complete sovereignty over your data assets:

• Server Data Purging: You have the absolute right to erase your account data completely from our servers. You may trigger an account and data removal request at any time by contacting our developer inbox at developer@saanch.net. Once requested, all synchronization nodes, email records, and custom library entries on our remote server will be permanently deleted within 30 days.
• Local Data Eradication: You can instantly and permanently erase your localized alarm structures, to-do files, cache entries, and app preferences by uninstalling the Saanch application from your device or utilizing the "Clear Data" option inside your Android System Settings panel.

8. Children's Privacy Compliance

Saanch is a general productivity and wellness utility; it is not targeted toward, designed for, or marketed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 13. If you discover that a child has initiated a server-backed profile with us, contact us immediately at developer@saanch.net, and we will delete the data from our system repositories with the highest priority.

9. Amendments to This Privacy Policy

We reserve the right to modify this operational privacy declaration as required to stay compliant with changing Google Play Store rules, evolving Android SDK standards, ad network frameworks, or structural changes to our code architecture.
